Sportsco entertains refund or exchange requests within 30 days of receiving the product. Applications submitted after 30 days will not be processed.

Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Product must include its original tags and packaging.
- Product should show no signs of wear, use, or damage.
- All accessories or complimentary items received must be returned as well.
We maintain a transparent return process and expect the same transparency from our valued customers.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please attach clear images showing the defect when submitting your request through the refund form.
Our team will review your claim and process the refund or exchange promptly.
Once your return or refund request has been approved, you may choose between:
- A refund of the purchase amount via your original payment method.
- An exchange for the same item or another product of equal value.
After approval, the process will be initiated promptly, and you will be notified when completed.
