We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy, meaning you have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return or exchange.

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Used, damaged, or altered items cannot be returned.
  • Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Perishable goods like food or health products are not eligible for return.
  • Gift cards cannot be refunded.
  • Sale items are final and non-refundable.
  1. Contact Us: Visit our Contact Page or email us at support@sportsco.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item.
  2. Approval & Instructions: We will review your request and respond within 48 hours.
  3. Shipping Your Item: Once approved, ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

If you need to exchange an item, follow the return process. Once we receive the item, we will ship the new one to you.

Refunds are processed within 8-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You will be notified by email once approved.

If denied, the item will be returned to you at no extra charge.

  • Return Shipping: Customers pay for return shipping unless the item is defective.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees if conditions are met.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days. We will replace or refund the item and cover return shipping.
